Report: Yahoo Paying Katie Couric $6 Million per Year

Yahoo will pay Katie Couric $6 million per year to be its "global anchor," a far cry from the $15 million she was earning as an anchor on The CBS Evening News, according to a report. TMZ cites unnamed sources who quoted the $6 million figure. Couric has a $20 million-a-year deal with ABC, but "not all of that went to Katie personally," according to the report.
